Certainty is a choice.
Cost overruns and programme drift happen when a project starts on guesswork. This is how we take the guessing out.
Six stages, written down before we start.
Every client gets their programme in writing. The build bar ends where completion says it does, and aftercare runs on past it.
What happens, and when.
Start with a conversation
Every project begins with a call or a site visit to understand what you're building, why, and what matters most: budget, programme, disruption, finish.
Measure first
Before we give you a number, we measure the work, the way a quantity surveyor would. You see exactly what's in the price and, just as importantly, what isn't.
Plan honestly
A programme is a promise. Ours are built around realistic lead times, proper sequencing and the trades we actually have. If a date is at risk, you hear it early, with options.
Build properly
Experienced site management from the first day to the last. Tidy sites, respectful teams, and work checked as it goes. We snag as we build, so handover is a formality.
Keep you informed
Regular progress reports, costs tracked against the agreed sum, and variations priced and agreed before the work happens, not argued about after it.
Finish and stand behind it
Snagging closed out promptly, defects periods honoured without argument, and a phone that still gets answered a year later. We want the next project, not just this one.
Measured, not estimated.
Our team's background is in quantity surveying as well as construction, so the commercial discipline most builders bring in from outside is how we work by default. When we price a project, it isn't a hopeful number. It's a measured one.
“There's no secret to cost certainty. Measure properly, plan properly, and keep people informed at every step.”
Start with a measured number.
Tell us about your project and we'll arrange an initial consultation.
