All construction projects, from private clients through to large developments for commercial clients, start with a goal. A shared vision. A focus on design, sustainability, quality. GJS Partners we really do pride ourselves on our ability to help guide you through the process from vision through to completed project. It all begins with an idea.

In the initial stages we will arrange to go through the process with both you and your architect (we can also help guide you towards an architect depending on how early you are in the process) establishing the materials to be used etc.

At this stage, if you haven’t obtained it already, a planning application will be submitted.

We will conduct a build cost exercise and submit a formal quotation to yourself in order for you to see the full projected cost of the project. Once agreed a formal contract will be drafted and and agreement to proceed will commence.

We’ll meet with you and your architect to confirm design choices, knowing they may evolve during the build. As a family business, we’re flexible, supportive, and focused on keeping the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

6.

The build will now begin. At this point we will provide you with a complete program for the works and will arrange the best times to have site meetings with yourself. These are typically on a monthly basis however we can always be available to meet and discuss your project with you whenever you would like to.

7.

As the final stages of your project near completion we will undergo a range of testing and commissioning to ensure you project is ready to be occupied.
